How to Transfer Credits to Everest Online

Students who have earned college credits from another accredited institution may apply for credit transfer to the college.

Credit will be accepted only for courses that are compatible with the student’s program of study at Everest, and for courses in which a grade of C or higher was earned.

Students must complete at least 25% of all program hours in residence. Students wishing to transfer credits must have official transcripts mailed directly to the Office of the Registrar. Transcripts must be received prior to the end of the first term of enrollment.

Transcripts received after the end of the first term may be considered at the discretion of the Academic Dean.

How to Transfer Credits
Transferring your prior learning credits to Everest University Online happens in three easy steps:

1. As a student, you simply need to contact each prior college or university you attended and request that an official transcript (reflecting course credits earned) be sent directly to the Everest University Online registrar.
2. Our registrar will review your transcripts for potential transfer credits and enter the information into the internal student database.
3. Our registrar will then notify your Student Services Coordinator about the credits that will transfer and note the results on your program audit sheet. Your Student Services Coordinator will contact you with the total number of credits you were able to transfer.

If you have any questions about transferring credits, please call 888.741.4270 to talk with an Admissions Representative.
